Neil Andrew Robinson is a professional Educator, Illustrator, Photographer and Designer with 20 Years experience in international design education.
Within a few years Neil had become a member of the curriculum management, heading a team of lecturers within the Expressive Arts Department in a large college in Manchester, UK. In 2009 he was then offered a chance to work with a team developing the first International Cambridge University School within a University system in Thailand. In 2012 he became part of the management team at Singapore International School of Bangkok, where he lead the development of the secondary Cambridge University curriculum.
In 2014, alongside his educational management career, Neil founded EcoAvid a project which involved working with individual artists/artisans and cottage industries across Northern Thailand focusing on sustainable projects, with an aim of protecting dying arts and crafts, alongside developing opportunities for marginalized artists/craftspeople to market their work on a wider platform, thus supporting individuals and communities.
Neil Co-founded ESEDS School of Design in collaboration with Fashion Designer, Illustrator and Educator Aloke Kumar Singh in 2015.
Aloke Kumar Singh is a Fashion & Accessories Designer, Illustrator, and an Educator having graduated in the field of Fashion Design from National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT, Kolkata, India in 2010.
In the year 2009 he was selected as a National Finalist for a design reality show called ‘Lets design’ promoted by Cotton Council India, CCI on Zoom channel based on the theme of ‘Project Runway’, USA. In 2010 he was selected to represent his university on a full scholarship at London College of Fashion (LCF) studying on the prestigious fashion design pathway of Womenswear. He also did an intensive design course on creative pattern making, innovative draping and couture corsetry at the prestigious Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design (CSM), University of Arts, London and couture tailoring and finishing from London College of Fashion, LCF, University of Arts London.
He has worked with some major international designers like Anna Scholz – London, Manish Arora – New Delhi, JJ Valaya – New Delhi. He has been also associated with an export house at Mumbai known internationally for creative surface embellishment for designers like Zac Posen, Sophia Kokoslovaki, Zang Toi, Betsey Johnson, Rei Kawakubo and Comme Des Garcons etc and brands like Le Fees de Bengale, Paris. As an educator he also headed the Fashion Department for a city based design institute.
In 2014 he launched his Ethical and Sustainable design label ‘ALOKE’ and stocks at designer stores. In the year 2015 he collaborated with British Illustrator/Artist and Educator Mr. Neil Andrew Robinson to start the very first European concept school of design in Kolkata and in India (probably Asia) focusing on Ethical and Sustainable design practices in the field of Design, offering courses on Fashion, Interiors and Textiles.
In education he has held teaching and leadership positions in Universities and International schools taking him to Kenya, Thailand, S. Korea, New Zealand, Kuwait, Spain, and Italy, currently being located in Beijing, China.
An award winning composer, his works are published and performed frequently and he sustains his compositional career through his own personal website and his business website which entails writing music for a variety of industry genres. Nick has been performing music for over 25 years and continues to perform to this day as a guitarist, a Violist or Jazz Double Bassist.
He also served 3 years in the British Army as a Musician performing for members of the Royal Family and for several private functions around the world.
An alumnus of Pearl Academy and London College Of Fashion, Kriti is the founding member and Creative Director of Doodlage.
Mr. Deandre is the Chief Executive Officer of Hanumanteshwar1927. Creative officer of Men’s Apparel wear and over-all looks, he is also the ambassador for URGC, Limassol, Cyprus.

He is an International Design and Brand Consultant based in Berlin, Bangalore and Beijing. As author of the leading design magazine POOL he also write about Indian design and handcrafts.

Strong arts and design professional with a Master in Fashion and the Environment focused in Fashion/Apparel Design from London College of Fashion. She has worked as a Designer with Sasha, People Tree, Goodone, Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna, Magnum Enterprise, Creative Garments – Mumbai.

She has worked on a project with Procter and Gamble on ‘Classic’ perfumes and a shoe project with Helen Storey on the topic of addiction. She has also done an extensive research on sustainable/organic materials.
With her talent and creativity, she received the opportunity of Designing costumes for eminent personalities like Shashi Tharoor, Rituporno Ghosh, Paoli Dam, Rituparna Sengupta and the likes. Aavya has also designed Costumes for few Bengali Movies like, Chitrangada, Kagojer Bou and few more.

She has participated in Lakme Fashion Week summer resort season 2015 and has handled clients from boutiques around London and Europe. Her Strength as a fashion design lies in draping, Pattern making and execution of new design. Having a thorough knowledge of different kinds of fabrics and an eye for new and innovative designs, she possesses an excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Most recently she received her masters in Sustainability in Fashion from Esmod University, Berlin in 2013 and stayed on in Berlin to found the crowdsourced sustainable fashion design platform – 13Dresses.com. Her mission is to leverage technology to accelerate sustainable social and environmental change in apparel production through consumer interaction, consultancy and open innovation.

Amal works extensively accross Europe and India, supplying small collections of bespoke designs to stores accross Europe.
I am a graduate of NIFT, Mumbai. I have worked under Designers Pankaj and Nidhi,worked at Chanakya International,Mumbai as an embroidery designer for Luxury brands. I also have experience working as a senior merchandiser with international brands at Art & Craft Export, Jaipur.
My key skills include Pattern Making, Draping, Surface\Embroidery Development, Creative Thinking etc.
She has worked as an assistant fashion designer as well as a merchandiser for Sejal Kanoi and interned with C.R. Clothing, Nandita Thirani and Uptownie 101.She has helped in curating various exhibitions and pop-ups in Kolkata and successfully co-curated her first own pop-up in June, 2019. She has co-founded the brand “Bochic Label” and currently supplying to various multidesigner stores. Her strength lies in draping, fashion illustration and CAD skills.

Completed his Master’s from Jadavpur University in Urban Design under the guidance of Prof. Shivashish Bose. He was awarded the GATE Scholarship in the year of 2016. His thesis work has been a critical analysis titled ‘Intervention at Park Circus Intersection Area, Kolkata’.
He has been a Teaching Assistant, at the Dept. of Architecture, Jadavpur University under Prof. Shubhrajit Das, where he carried on as a Visiting Lecturer.
His professional training was at Abin Design Studio, Kolkata one of the best Architectural firms of India, under Architect Abin Chowdhury.
He is currently working with his own firm Akriti Architectural Consultants, Kolkata on a varied range of numerous projects from urban design to architecture and interior design.
As a social enthusiasts Ar.Arkadeep Roy is currently a part of the INTBAU (international network on Traditional Building & Urbanism)-Iran chapter. He was mostly involved with the documentation work and socio-cultural analysis of the historic towns and cities of Iran. His individual documentation work got exhibited in Tehran University. From his past experience as a Junior Architect of COSTFORD, one of the legendary architectural organisation of INDIA(Kerala), Arkadeep Roy got motivated towards alternative construction and material techniques for the reconstruction and restructuring of the old traditional architectural buildings of various places and Iran is his latest architectural expedition work.
As a motivator Arkadeep Roy has started as a collaborator with a young organisation called Rhizomorph where he is conducting workshops and seminars and gradually promoting Architectural Tourism. He is also a partner of his own design consultancy cell of Kolkata and he is involved with interior design and construction management.
Satabdi Gantait is an Interior Designer, an esteemed educator and researcher, having 11 years of experience in industry and academic sector. She holds an M.Sc in Resource Management (Interior Design) from Jadavpur University.
She is heading a proprietorship firm for last 11years- a Platform for design ideation and creative consultancy. Through her extensive skills and knowledge of Design, she promotes entrepreneurship and design thinking by offering unique students to her kitty.
Over the period of these years she acquired a sound understanding and experience of design implementation in the industry and would like to share the knowledge to peers and students.
She has an eye for art and design and appreciate the detailed minuscule beauty and importance of it in our lives.
She has worked in various projects pertaining to PR. Interned with prominent organizations like All India Radio, Hindustan Times and Aaj Tak . She has the ability in handling multiple priorities, with a bias for action and a genuine interest in personal and professional development. Her strength lies in handling various tools of public relations.
Varnayalee Dasgupta has masters in Political science from Calcutta University. She has also completed her post graduate diploma in Human Rights from National University of Jurisdical Sciences, Kolkata.
Alem Sardar has 20 years of experience working in the Fashion Industry. He has worked with reputed fashion companies including Micronesium – Kolkata.
Rajeswari Roy has graduated with sociology honours form Calcutta university , she perused her Masters in social work from Vidyasagar university.
